Thanks, Jay. Marketing plays a role across the revenue bowtie, including customer retention, expansion, and churn. Churn is a cross-functional effort, but marketing acts as the glue that connects a customer's experience with the brand. Through strategic programs, marketing engages with customers to educate, engage, build loyalty, and proactively reinforce the value the solution or services provide.
